Built to Last
We have one of the best warranties in the industry because we have been building fitness products for over thirty years. All of that experience gives us the understanding of what happens to fitness products not just after two years or five years, but ten to fifteen to twenty years. We still hear from satisfied customers who have been using their Spirit Fitness products for decades.
We combine the highest quality components with years of engineering experience and then assemble them in our own ISO 9001 factories (International Organization for Standardization. Standard 9001 is a quality management system to help ensure the factory produces quality products).
Vote of Confidence
In August of 2010 the Specialty Fitness retailers voted in an independent survey and awarded Spirit Fitness as the Best Selling treadmills. It is a vote of confidence that these professionals chose the Spirit Fitness treadmill over all other brands. You can be assured your investment will be around for years to come.

FEATURES
It All Starts with a Stable Mount
You can tell a lot about the quality of a product based on where the manufacturer invests their money in the product. Do they spend it on useless bells and whistles, or do they spend it on parts that actually enhance the quality and performance of the product? At Spirit Fitness, we spend our money on quality, such as cast motor mounts. Why cast? We do not believe that a stamped steel motor mount will give the motor the secure mount that is required for a high quality treadmill. If the motor shifts, then the drive belt will loosen, which will make the walking belt feel like it is slipping. Take off the motor cover and look beneath the hood, you can learn a lot about the design of a treadmill.
Muscle Activation
It's important to understand which muscle groups are gaining the most benefit during your workout. On our treadmills, you will be using your glute (bottom), hamstring (back of your thigh), quad (thigh), calf, pec and arm muscles. The LED lights will activate in three degrees of engagement: Green represents minimal involvement, Amber medium involvement, and Red, full or heavy involvement. Use this quick reference to challenge yourself during your workout.
Music & Air Conditioning
We have integrated into most of our consoles a set of audio speakers. Simply plug in your choice of MP3 player or cell phone (adapter cord provided) and you can enjoy your favorite music to keep you going the extra mile. We've also built a swivel fan into most of our consoles to keep you a little cooler.
Heart Rate % Profile
Heart Rate training is proven to be one of the best ways to measure your workout. Our Heart Rate % Profile gives you a quick reference of your % compared to maximum projected heart rate. This is determined by your age, which you entered during the programming phase of any of the programs. The LED lights up in Amber for 50-60%, Green for 65% to 80%, and Red for 85%+. This is a quick reference for you to gauge your workout.
Easy-to-use Consoles
Most of our treadmills have multiple locations to adjust the speed and elevation. You can always adjust the speed and elevation on the console with the quick keys or with the + and – keys on the lower console. The speed can also to be adjusted with the + / - button located on the right handlebar. The left handlebar allows for the incline to be changed. There is even a button on the lower console that allows you to disable the buttons on the handlebars. It is important that you feel comfortable on your treadmill. Allowing you to choose how you make the critical speed and elevation adjustments is just one of the features you will find on Spirit Fitness Treadmills.
Fitness Within Your Grasp
All of our home treadmill consoles have easy to read, bright blue LCD screens. The consoles and keypads are positioned so you can easily reach them to set up your program and push start. Our contact heart rate grips are comfortably located in the proper ergonomic position. Our center mounted swivel fan (found on all our home treadmills) helps keep you cool during your workout. We have also located the water bottle / cargo holders for easy access. Put your water in one and your MP3 / cell phone into the other so you can listen to your favorite music.
Motor: This unit comes equipped with a 3.5 hp continuous duty AC motor to meet the demands of various size individuals running on the treadmill.
Fusion Program: This integrates cardiovascular, strength, and active rest intervals all into one program. The message center on the LCD screen prompts you when to perform each activity.
Calorie Program: If you are on a diet that counts calories, this program can really be beneficial. Simply enter the amount of calories you would like to burn and your max speed/ incline and the program will calculate the amount of time necessary to achieve this.
Heart Rate % Profile: There is a bar graph integrated into the console that lets you know where your heart rate is in relation to projected maximum (calculated when you enter your age in the programming section of each program).
Rollers: 3" diameter rollers are a standard specification on the heavy duty frame.
Muscle Activation: It's important to understand which muscle groups are gaining the most benefit during your workout. On our treadmills, you will be using your glute (bottom), hamstring (back of your thigh), quad (thigh), calf, pec and arm muscles.
Cooling Fan: Cooling fans that swivel are standard on all of our treadmills. This may just be the reason you extend your workout by a few minutes.
Quick Keys: The ability to quickly program a specific incline or speed with just a few key strikes.
MP3 Audio Jack & Speakers: Plug your MP3, Smart phone, or digital tuner into this jack for music broadcasting.
Remote Adjustment Keys: The user has the ability to adjust the incline on the left handlebar or the speed on the right handlebar. If you decide not to use them, simply press the Disable button on the console.
Cushioning: 6 cushions evenly distributed throughout the unit ensure a comfortable experience.

CONSOLE
As with any product, a major key is the user interface. Whether it is your cell phone, car, or fitness equipment, you want to quickly be able to use it and get the information that is important to you. We focused on this simple principle in the development of our new consoles.
A quick press of a button and you are off on a walk or a run, or one of the many specialized workouts. Some models even allow you to develop your own programs. Our large, easy-to-read consoles give you constant feedback from calories to distance to time. There are even separate displays for heart rate and muscle activation.
| Programs |
| Hill |
This program follows a triangle or pyramid type of gradual progression from approximately 10% of maximum effort (the level that you chose before starting this program) up to a maximum effort which lasts for 10% of the total workout time, then a gradual regression of speed back to approximately 10% of maximum effort. |
| Fat Burn |
This program follows a quick progression up to the maximum speed level (default or user input level) that is sustained for 2/3 of the workout. This program will challenge your ability to sustain your energy output for an extended period of time. |
| Cardio |
This program presents a quick progression up to near maximum speed level (default or user input level). It has slight fluctuations up and down to allow your heart rate to elevate, and then recover repeatedly, before beginning a quick cool down. This will build up your heart muscle and increase blood flow and lung capacity. |
| Strength |
This program has a gradual progression of speed up to 100% of maximum effort that is sustained for 25% of workout duration. This will help build strength and muscular endurance in the lower body and glutes. A brief cool down follows. |
| Interval |
This program takes you through high levels of intensity followed by recovery periods of low intensity. This program utilizes and develops your "Fast Twitch" muscle fibers which are used when performing tasks that are intense and short in duration. These deplete your oxygen level and spike your heart rate, followed by periods of recovery and heart rate drop to replenish oxygen. Your cardiovascular system gets programmed to use oxygen more efficiently. |

| Manual |
The Manual program works as the name implies, manually. This means that you control the workload and not the computer. |
| User (2x) |
Two people can store personal information and design a custom program that can be saved for future use. You decide what the speed and incline will be for each segment of the program. |
| Heart Rate |
Designed to help keep you within 3-5 heart beats of your target heart rate % by automatically increasing or decreasing the incline level. Heart Rate 1 has a 60% (better for a fat loss goal) of projected heart rate maximum default. Heart Rate 2 has an 80% (better for a cardiovascular conditioning goal) of projected heart rate maximum default. |
