Stott Pilates is Easy and Effective
Nice presentation by Moira Stott. I found Moira to be very clear in her descriptions and directions. She helps the user to understand how to do the exercises correctly and how to position the body so as not to injure oneself. The exercises using the circle are very helpful for toning legs and arms as well the core and back. I would recommend this series to anyone who wants an easy and effective core strengthening workout.
