The patented motion allows your heels to remain in contact with foot pedals, reducing muscle and tendon stress. The adjustable CrossRamp®.
The adjustable CrossRamp on all Precor Crosstrainers alters the height of the elliptical path that your foot travels, called Variable Stride Geometry™.
