Your personal online LifeSpan Fitness Club account lets you view detailed reports of your exercise and health results, as well as giving you access to customized workout plans.

15 Levels of Incline
Walk, jog or run uphill as you use the numerous programs that include incline. You can also quickly adjust your incline level using the console buttons to go directly to the desired incline level, or use the incline button on the handlebars.
Wraparound Handlebars with Front Safety Bar
The 20" x 56" running surface is supported by a 1" inch deck and eight compression shock absorbers to provide cushioning that is safe for your knees, back and joints.
Large, Comfortable Handlebars with Controls
