Great way to add resistance to workout
I've always struggled to keep up with my lower body workouts until I got the GoFit ankle weights. I felt like I would always overlook training my legs and focus on my upper body but the ankle weights not only provide great resistance, but having them on gives me a great incentive to work out my lower body. It's very easy to strap them on before going into the gym and once they're on, I feel like I'm always working out my lower body. I would definitely recommend this product
