Digital Contact Heart Rate (CHR)
Allows you to measure your pulse accurately to better monitor the intensity of your workout without having to wear a chest strap.

Advanced Friction Detection System (AFDS)
This advanced protection system prevents overheating of the motor and shortage of the drive by verifying, in real-time, the friction level between the running belt and the deck.

4WAY DECK
A running deck (under the belt) that can be pivoted and/or rotated as required for longer-lasting performance.

BDS PLUS
(Bodyguard® Dissipation System Plus) has a greater durometer rating (measure of hardness) than Bodyguard®’s regular BDS compound. This higher progressive durometer rating provides unparalleled shock absorption performance under intense pressures such as the downward force of a runner planting their foot. BDS+ provides even better protection for heavy users or runners and is therefore found exclusively on Bodyguard®’s X-frame treadmills. This combines the leading running treadmill frame with the leading treadmill shock absorber.

Heart Rate Control (HRC)
The Heart Rate Control feature (HRC) allows you to exercise at a predetermined heart rate level. Once you select the desired heart rate level, the running belt and/or elevation will automatically adjust to decrease or increase the exercise intensity to keep you at the desired heart rate effort.

Electronic Stride Control (ESC)
Unique to Bodyguard fitness, this system ensures that the selected speed remains the same regardless of the user’s weight or the incline of the treadmill.

X-Frame
The "one-piece" X-Frame
A one-piece, fully welded steel X-Frame minimizes frame torsion. Guaranteed superior resistance, stability and durability.
