Get rock solid abs!
Love this piece of equipment! Ajustable heights allows for strength building and the apparatus itself is very sturdy. I have already seen results and just got it 2 weeks ago! Definitely worth the money. Go buy this product!

Excellent ab bench but a bit tricky to put together
This ab bench is great. It is very sturdy and doesn't shake at all when you use it. It is adjustable to over ten different height settings so you can increase the difficulty as you improve your strength. I would recommend this to anyone looking to get in shape and have a great ab workout. The only thing I dislike about it are the instructions to assemble it. There are no step by step directions, only a 1 sheet diagram showing what goes where. Some of the pieces also don't fit together easily and it takes a lot of effort.....but once you figure it out and assemble it, it is a great piece of equipment.

Sturdy, quality piece of equipment
This ab board is easy to assemble, comfortable to use (even in the highest position), and very solid and stable. I would definitely recommend this ab board, especially for the price range it's in. It is very adjustable, with positions high enough to give even someone with well-conditioned abs a burn, to barely above flat on the floor. I will definitely be able to maintain my "six-pack" with a quick, daily routine on this.
